Ingredients: 2 whole medium to large sized sweet potatoes Avocado Oil Seasonings: sea salt, black pepper, garlic salt, minced garlic, parsley, & oregano Optional: Brown Sugar
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 F 1. Dice up your sweet potatoes into small to medium sized pieces (to eliminate half of prep time, purchase sweet potatoes pre-diced) 2. Place sweet potatoes in a large ziplock bag, and add in avocado oil and seasonings 3. Shake it up! 4. Pour sweet potatoes out on a large baking pan, then place in oven for 35 mins or until caramelized/ tender
Optional: instead of using all of the listed seasonings, you can use just sea salt and brown sugar to make a sweet dessert.
Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

Ingredients: 2 medium sized bags of fresh (not frozen) broccoli & cauliflower Avocado Oil Seasonings: sea salt, black pepper, garlic salt, and minced garlic Optional: Parmesan Cheese
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 F 1. Place veggies in a large ziplock bag 2. Add in avocado oil, garlic salt, and minced garlic 3. Pour out veggies on a large baking pan, then add salt & black pepper 4. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 mins Optional: add two pinches of parmesan cheese
Crispy Brussel Sprouts
Prep Time: 10- 15 mins Cook Time: 35- 40 mins Total Time: 50 mins Serving: 3- 4 people
Ingredients: 1 large bag of brussel sprouts from any grocery store Coconut Oil Seasonings: season salt, sea salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and garlic salt Optional: Turkey bacon, or parmesan cheese
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 F 1. Cut brussels in half, this takes about 10 to 15 mins 2. Place sprouts in a large ziplock bag, add in coconut oil, sea salt, minced garlic, and garlic salt 3. Pour out sprouts on a large baking pan, then add black pepper 4. Place in oven and cook for 35- 45 mins Optional: add turkey bacon in or two pinches of parmesan cheese *Cook bacon on stove top and finish in oven then crumble over sprouts while they're cooking
Sautéed Green Beans & Mushrooms
Prep Time: 2-5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins Total Time: 45 mins Serving: 3-4 people
Ingredients: 1 large bag of green beans 1 cup or cart of babu bella mushrooms Avocado Oil Seasonings: minced garlic, garlic salt, sea salt, black peppercorn pepper, and 1 tsp of soy sauce
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 F 1. Pull off any stems from any of the beans 2. Place green beans and mushrooms in a large cast iron skillet; drizzle avocado over veggies in pan 3. Add in seasonings (amount is based on your liking 4. Cook for 25 mins on stove top & finish them off in the stove for 20 mins or until caramelized
Tasty Quinoa
Cook Time: 10-15 mins Serving: 2 people
Ingredients: 1 cup of quinoa 1/2 tablespoon of chicken bouillon seasoning 1/3 cup of chicken broth 2 cups of water
Instructions:
Before placing quinoa in a medium saucepan rinse it off and drain. Quinoa has a bitter taste when not rinsed.
Set medium sauce pan on high heat. Add in two cups of water with 1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon seasoning and chicken broth
Cook for 10 -15 mins, then ENJOY!
Cauliflower Rice
Cook Time: 20 mins Serving: 4 people
Ingredients: 1 large bag of cauliflower rice (I prefer fresh rather than frozen) 2 tsp Avocado Oil 1 tsp Oregano 2 pinches of sea salt & black pepper 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Bring large sauce pan to medium heat, drizzle avocado oil in the pan before placing the cauliflower rice in it.
Once cauliflower rice is in the pan add in seasonings then cook for 15-20 mins
